Refund Policy
We want every employer and job seeker to pay with confidence. This policy explains when a fee can be refunded. All amounts are charged and refunded in Ghana Cedis (GH₵).
1. Job posting fees
When you pay to post a job, our team reviews it before it goes live. If a posting is rejected during review — before it is published — the posting fee is fully refundable to your original payment method.
Once a job has been published and made visible to seekers, the posting fee is non-refundable, because the service (visibility to candidates) has been delivered. You may close a published job at any time at no cost, but the original fee is not returned.
2. Job application fees
Application fees are non-refundable once the employer has viewed your application, as the service — delivering your application to the employer — has been completed. If an application is cancelled or refunded before it is viewed, the fee may be returned.
These rules are configurable by the platform and may be updated over time; the version shown here applies to payments made while it is in effect.
3. Prices are locked at checkout
The fee you see at checkout is frozen onto your transaction. If our pricing changes while you are paying, you are charged the amount you were quoted — never more.
4. Duplicate or failed charges
If you are charged more than once for the same posting or application due to a technical error, the duplicate charge is refunded in full. Failed or abandoned payments are never charged.
5. How to request a refund
To request a refund covered by this policy, contact our support team and include the payment reference from your receipt. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically settle within a few business days, subject to your bank or mobile-money provider.
